Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
* Architect sales forecasts and budgets by analyzing historical data, market research, and sales team input to inform strategic decision-making.
* Lead performance analysis efforts, tracking key metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and market share to optimize sales strategies.
* Develop and refine sales strategies in tandem with marketing, operations, and development teams to enhance effectiveness and drive results.
* Empower sales teams with essential tools, training, and resources, including sales collateral, training programs, and playbooks to boost sales performance.
* Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, implementing lead generation strategies, tracking leads, and ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing to convert opportunities into sales.
* Deliver data-driven sales reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights into sales performance and progress toward targets.
* Champion sales enablement and process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes to drive sales excellence.
* Spearhead special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors, leveraging expertise and skills to drive business outcomes.
