Senior MEP Engineer

* Spearhead the development and implementation of comprehensive MEP strategies, driving project success and ensuring seamless integration of building services, electrical, and plumbing works. * Oversee and mentor junior MEP staff, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency to propel project progress and meet deadlines. * Conduct thorough inspections of subcontractors' work, providing expert guidance and direction to ensure compliance with project targets, programmes, and GFC drawings. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, area leaders, and HSE specialists, to craft and approve work method statements, risk analyses, and MEP-specific plans. * Architect and implement robust QAQC systems, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout project execution and handover. * Drive progress reporting, material requisition, and procurement for all electrical and mechanical components, leveraging expertise to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes. * Lead the preparation and submission of as-built drawings, manuals, and certificates, coordinating with design consultants and specialized vendors to ensure seamless handover to facility management teams.
