Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC, Fire, Plumbing)

* Spearhead the mechanical engineering aspects of construction projects, driving progress and ensuring seamless execution of building services, including HVAC, fire safety, and plumbing. * Oversee day-to-day operations, fostering a culture of professionalism and efficiency to meet project deadlines and targets. * Conduct site inspections, leading sub-contractors to achieve programme targets, and deploy workers to meet daily objectives, ensuring compliance with GFC drawings. * Collaborate with consultants and senior civil engineers to develop and approve work method statements, risk analyses, and MEPF-specific plans, ensuring alignment with project requirements. * Drive quality assurance and control, assisting the Project Manager in implementing QAQC systems, and issuing work completion certificates to specialized vendors. * Develop and submit progress reports, material requirements, and forecasts, anticipating lead times and project progress to ensure timely delivery. * Coordinate with design consultants and vendors to prepare and submit as-built drawings, manuals, and certificates to the facility management team, ensuring comprehensive project documentation. * Support temporary construction activities, such as dewatering, plumbing, and sanitation, to facilitate site facilities and worker accommodations, driving project efficiency and productivity.
