Research Manager

* Drive the development and execution of CPI's research strategy in Bangladesh, aligning priorities with organizational goals and local needs. * Architect high-quality research studies, including needs assessments, evaluations, and impact assessments, to inform program improvements and policy advocacy. * Ensure rigorous ethical standards are met in all research activities, coordinating with ethical review boards and stakeholders as needed. * Manage research project budgets and grants, overseeing financial planning and resource allocation. * Foster strategic partnerships with government agencies, local organizations, academia, and NGOs to facilitate collaboration, information exchange, and resource-sharing. * Lead stakeholder engagement and coordination, serving as the primary point of contact for research-related activities between CPI's in-country team, HQ, and external stakeholders. * Oversee data collection processes, ensuring quality control, protocol adherence, and data integrity. * Analyze research data to generate actionable insights, trends, and recommendations, enhancing CPI's program effectiveness and informing policy decisions. * Develop comprehensive research reports, policy briefs, and publications for internal and external audiences, communicating complex research findings in a clear and concise manner. * Mentor and build the capacity of local research team members, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their research skills and expertise. * Supervise and manage research team members, overseeing their work, providing feedback, and ensuring research activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
