* Drive business growth by achieving branch targets in financing, deposits, and other Islamic banking products, while ensuring alignment with Islamic banking principles. * Architect high-performing teams by monitoring staff performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and business targets, and providing coaching and motivation to deliver exceptional results. * Cultivate strong relationships with clients, businesses, and the local community to identify new business opportunities and promote the bank's Islamic offerings. * Champion Shariah compliance by liaising with the Shariah Compliance department, implementing approved guidelines, and ensuring all branch operations and product offerings adhere to Islamic banking principles. * Educate customers on Islamic financial concepts to promote financial literacy and increase customer engagement. * Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless, efficient, and secure functioning, with a focus on timely and accurate transaction processing. * Manage branch expenses within approved budgets, while maintaining a customer-centric culture that prioritizes high levels of customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement strategies to resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to higher management as needed. * Mitigate risks by monitoring credit, operational, and reputational risk at the branch level, and implementing measures to minimize potential threats. * Foster a productive and ethical work environment by ensuring compliance with HR policies, regulatory guidelines, and Shariah principles. * Provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, conducting performance appraisals, training needs assessments, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. * Deliver timely and accurate reports to higher management, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
