Sr.Executive/Executive – Warehouse & Distribution (FG)

* Spearhead finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring seamless delivery coordination, stock management, and distribution activities. * Drive a culture of safety, security, and cleanliness within the warehouse, promoting a productive and efficient work environment. * Oversee the receipt and storage of products from the production floor, implementing effective housekeeping and item-wise storage systems. * Architect accurate and damage-free product delivery processes, adhering to Delivery Orders and optimizing vehicle loading capacity. * Lead the supervision of warehouse arrangements, including stacking, racking, and product placement, to ensure maximum capacity utilization. * Foster strong communication channels with the Store In-Charge, providing timely updates on delivery and stock-related information. * Manage and direct laborers and Store Assistants, maintaining administrative control and promoting a high-performing team. * Monitor and resolve daily product delivery issues, including short or excess deliveries, to ensure customer satisfaction. * Implement and maintain rigorous housekeeping standards, ensuring the right products are in the right place at all times. * Develop and submit daily reports on product shortages and stock levels to the Store In-Charge, informing data-driven decisions. * Optimize product loading capacity to maximize efficiency without compromising product integrity. * Deliver exceptional customer service, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery operations and building strong relationships.
