• Spearhead the creation of innovative beverage products, driving concept development through to commercial launch. • Architect optimal ingredient blends, flavor profiles, and product attributes to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions. • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes, enhancing efficiency, consistency, and safety. • Ensure regulatory compliance, adhering to BSTI, BFSA, and internal quality standards for formulations, packaging, and labeling. • Design and execute sensory evaluations, stability tests, and shelf-life studies, leveraging data insights to inform formulation decisions. • Stay ahead of industry trends, tracking consumer preferences and competitor activity to inspire innovation and improvement. • Develop and maintain comprehensive records of product formulations, trials, specifications, and test results. • Foster collaborative relationships with marketing, procurement, and production teams to facilitate seamless product development and launch.
