Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth of water pumps through strategic marketing initiatives and customer engagement. * Foster strong relationships with dealers and customers to ensure long-term partnerships and loyalty. * Lead the achievement of company sales targets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. * Develop and deliver timely reports to management, providing actionable insights and market trends. * Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity. * Architect a robust dealer network by onboarding new dealers and nurturing existing relationships. * Deliver individual monthly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Experience

1 to 3 years

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Management
  • Degree/Masters from any reputed university with Marketing & Management

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • Understanding of Digital Platform, Social Media Handles experience
