Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead quality control initiatives, ensuring seamless adherence to standards across production and operations. • Architect and execute rigorous inspection protocols for raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. • Develop and deploy comprehensive Quality Assurance frameworks, policies, and procedures to drive excellence. • Analyze test data, pinpoint deviations, and trigger corrective actions to guarantee consistent quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, fostering a culture of transparency and cooperation. • Ensure regulatory and industry standards compliance, mitigating risk and promoting a culture of accountability. • Champion internal audits, and provide support for external audits and certifications, upholding the highest quality benchmarks. • Maintain meticulous quality records, reports, and documentation, guaranteeing data-driven decision-making. • Educate and empower staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices, promoting a quality-focused mindset. • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Drive transformative quality improvement initiatives, leveraging data and innovation to optimize product quality and process efficiency.

Experience

5 to 7 years

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry
