* Drive financial accuracy by maintaining precise daily transaction records, tracking income, expenses, purchases, and payments, and ensuring seamless bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring. * Spearhead sales tracking and reporting, capturing daily sales across all channels, and preparing timely reports to inform management decisions. * Architect inventory control systems, monitoring daily stock movements, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring alignment between sales, stock, and purchases. * Lead operational coordination, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining meticulous documentation, and ensuring all records are up-to-date in a structured system. * Manage petty cash with proper documentation and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Identify and address gaps between actual and recorded sales, customer dues, and receivables, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. * Champion data-driven decision-making by providing management with reliable, real-time financial and stock data, and ensuring all records are organized and audit-ready. * Ensure daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and inventory, resolving any discrepancies and maintaining the integrity of financial and stock records. * Develop and implement processes to prevent unexplained mismatches in records, ensuring real-time accuracy and no delayed or bulk entries.
