Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by setting ambitious targets and developing strategic plans to achieve them * Architect and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base * Lead client interactions, addressing queries and concerns to build trust and foster long-term relationships * Manage customer relationships, resolving complaints and providing tailored support to ensure satisfaction * Spearhead project visits, arranging logistics and ensuring seamless experiences for clients * Develop and maintain a robust customer database, leveraging data to inform sales strategies and optimize results * Foster a strong network of existing customers, nurturing relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling * Prospect for new business opportunities, conducting regular follow-ups with potential clients to drive conversions and meet sales targets
