Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead city-level behavior change and communication initiatives to drive sustainable waste management practices, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.
* Architect and execute targeted campaigns to address behavioral challenges, engaging diverse stakeholders and promoting community-led waste management solutions.
* Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven action plans to ensure timely and effective campaign execution, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
* Identify and analyze key behavioral barriers to sustainable waste management, designing and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote positive change.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver engaging community outreach and education programs, promoting behavior change and community-led waste management initiatives.
* Drive stakeholder engagement and partnership-building efforts, fostering collaborative relationships with local governments, community groups, and private sector organizations to support sustainable waste management practices.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior change interventions, using data and insights to inform future campaign design and optimization.
* Manage and coordinate the development of campaign materials, including social media content, educational resources, and community outreach tools, ensuring consistency and impact.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with best practices and emerging trends in behavior change and waste management to inform program design and implementation.

Education
- Master of Development Studies (MDS)
- Master’s degree in Environmental Management/ Science, Development Studies/Urban Planning/Development Communication or related discipline

- Strong understanding of behavior change communication (BCC), social and behavior change (SBC) approaches, and community engagement principles
- Ability to design and implement campaigns and behavior change interventions
- Data collection, basic analysis, and reporting skills
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in field settings
