Service Manager - Shakti Training & Research Center, Savar

* Spearhead the overall operations of the training center, driving excellence across multiple departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Security & Safety, and support services. * Architect strategic plans to elevate guest, trainee, and trainer experiences, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding satisfaction targets. * Champion high-quality service standards, adhering to organizational policies and industry regulations, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Develop and lead high-performing teams through structured training programs, mentoring, and coaching, to boost productivity and service quality. * Drive financial growth, analyzing performance, implementing cost-control measures, and identifying revenue opportunities to fuel business expansion. * Foster strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, trainees, trainers, vendors, and partners, to ensure mutual benefit and loyalty. * Ensure rigorous compliance with government regulations, health, and safety standards, maintaining a secure and healthy environment for all. * Optimize inventory management, controlling stock levels of cooking ingredients and food, to minimize waste and ensure timely procurement. * Orchestrate the delivery of training sessions, workshops, meetings, and seminars, guaranteeing seamless logistics and support services. * Facilitate HR initiatives, including recruitment processes, by efficiently receiving and forwarding documents to relevant stakeholders. * Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
