Asst. Production Officer/Officer (Auto Cone)

• Drive optimal performance of auto coner machines to meet daily and shift-wise production targets, aligning with company standards. • Analyze and optimize machine efficiency, utilization, and performance to minimize downtime and maximize output. • Inspect and ensure high-quality package formation, focusing on cone build, shape, density, and winding quality. • Identify and resolve quality issues swiftly, collaborating with QA and maintenance teams to implement corrective actions. • Manage and maintain accurate records of production output, efficiency, quality performance, and waste percentage. • Architect efficient drum distribution for auto cone machines, allocating resources based on running ring machine counts. • Troubleshoot and rectify idle drums due to electrical or mechanical faults, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime. • Lead the finishing section independently, adhering to guidelines set by the Production General Manager.
