• Spearhead R&D initiatives to conceptualize and develop innovative chemical products and formulations that drive business growth. • Architect formulation enhancements to boost performance, reduce costs, and promote sustainability. • Design and execute laboratory experiments, trials, and analyses to validate product efficacy and inform data-driven decisions. • Champion safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to stringent standards. • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and product specifications to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration. • Foster cross-functional partnerships with Production, QA, and Supply Chain teams to streamline product scale-up and commercialization. • Drive raw material optimization by evaluating suppliers, identifying alternative sources, and negotiating cost-effective agreements. • Provide expert technical support to troubleshoot production issues, resolve problems, and implement corrective actions. • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory shifts, applying insights to inform product development and business strategy. • Oversee laboratory operations, ensuring the proper maintenance of equipment, handling of chemicals, and adherence to safety protocols.
