Key Responsibilities
* Drive lead generation through strategic outreach, making 60-70 calls daily to potential students and managing a minimum of 30 leads and 15 files.
* Spearhead the application process, providing personalized counseling to students, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable courses and universities that align with their preferences and budget.
* Architect and maintain a robust lead management system, categorizing leads into various stages, updating CRM in real-time, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
* Foster strong relationships with students, maintaining ongoing communication, and guiding them through the application process, from document collection to offer letter acceptance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance and visa application departments, to facilitate a seamless enrollment process and ensure timely submission of required documents.
* Lead students through the visa application process, preparing them for CAS interviews, and assisting with CAS requests and submissions as needed.
* Deliver exceptional student experience, collecting feedback, and encouraging positive word-of-mouth referrals to drive business growth.
* Represent the organization at education fairs, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and guests, and promoting the organization's services and offerings.
* Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, ensuring timely submission and providing insights to inform business decisions.
* Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of productivity, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and meeting deadlines, including the 72-hour timeline for file processing.
* Embody a customer-centric approach, ensuring all students and guests feel valued and supported throughout their journey, from initial inquiry to course completion.
