Accounts Manager

* Spearhead financial record-keeping by leveraging ledger, cashbook, and Tally ERP Software to drive accuracy and efficiency. * Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal and ledger maintenance, tax and VAT compliance, banking, and cash management. * Analyze and interpret financial data, preparing and examining accounting records, financial statements, and reports to inform business decisions. * Manage petty cash funds, prepare vendor payment advice and cheques, and ensure timely payment processing. * Develop and track monthly sales reports and aging analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Maintain meticulous records of all receipts and disbursements, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Administer payroll functions, including payroll tax returns, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. * Coordinate external audits, providing support and documentation as needed to ensure a smooth audit process. * Implement robust document and record-keeping systems, ensuring seamless integration with accounting systems. * Drive compliance with IFRS standards, meeting all financial reporting deadlines and ensuring timely submission of reports. * Lead monthly and quarterly bank compliance activities, guaranteeing timely and accurate completion of tasks. * Adapt to evolving business needs, taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support organizational growth and success.
