* Spearhead the administration of Windows Operating Systems, ensuring seamless LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity * Architect and implement operating system and office application installations, configurations, and updates * Drive the maintenance of antivirus protection and system security tools to safeguard IT infrastructure * Oversee the proper functioning of IT equipment, including servers and accessories, to minimize downtime * Deploy and configure local and network printers, facilitating efficient printing operations * Manage printer sharing across the network, configuring shared printers via Windows Server, Active Directory, and IP-based printing * Assign and manage printer access permissions for users and departments, ensuring controlled access * Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues, including: * Print queue errors * Network connectivity problems * Monitor and analyze printer usage, coordinating maintenance and servicing to optimize performance * Configure and manage Office 365 email accounts, ensuring seamless user experience * Resolve email-related issues, including login, configuration, and synchronization problems * Administer distribution lists, permissions, and mailbox settings to maintain email integrity * Develop and implement regular email backup and recovery processes to prevent data loss * Perform routine data backups, including Office 365 email backups, to ensure business continuity * Maintain accurate IT asset registers, inventory records, and service logs to inform strategic decisions * Collaborate with external vendors to procure and maintain IT equipment, ensuring timely support and maintenance services
