Key Responsibilities

* Architect and execute comprehensive HR strategies that drive business growth and align with company objectives. * Lead employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions to foster a positive work environment. * Drive organizational efficiency through effective office administration, staff management, and process optimization. * Manage payroll, attendance, and leave management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk. * Develop and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation to support informed decision-making. * Spearhead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and fill key positions efficiently. * Design and implement a tailored HR strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organization's overall vision. * Initiate and oversee manpower planning exercises to inform budgeting and resource allocation decisions. * Embed a performance management culture that encourages goal-setting, regular feedback, and merit-based salary increments. * Analyze and track key HR metrics to assess policy effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. * Establish and drive employee engagement initiatives, setting KPIs to measure success and impact. * Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and identify opportunities for organizational improvement. * Uphold discipline and maintain a clear chain of command to ensure a structured and productive work environment.

Experience

5 to 8 years

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management/ Management
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management Management
  • PGD in HRM
