* Drive end-to-end operations and management of production centers to achieve timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery of products to buyers while ensuring financial self-sustainability. * Architect production plans, budgets, and cost control strategies to meet buyer demand and delivery timelines, while minimizing waste and optimizing resources. * Lead manufacturing efficiency initiatives, ensuring high-quality products and overseeing procurement, logistics, and supply chain management. * Develop and execute product marketing plans, identifying potential buyers and exploring market linkages and opportunities to drive business growth. * Design and implement product branding strategies, promotional activities, and digital platform management to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. * Integrate skills development and livelihood objectives into production center operations, focusing on staff capacity building and artisan support. * Implement quality control measures, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to established standards, while driving innovation and process improvements. * Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring donor compliance, accountability, and effective resource utilization. * Oversee HR, admin, compliance, and inventory functions, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities and local partners. * Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, establishing mechanisms to ensure long-term financial and operational viability of the production center. * Coach, mentor, and train staff and artisans to enhance their skills and capabilities, driving business growth and social impact. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including BRAC HCMP Coxs Bazar, and external partners, such as government offices and RRRC offices, to ensure seamless coordination and effective stakeholder management.
