Key Responsibilities
* Drive seamless onboarding experiences for field roles, streamlining documentation and orientation processes to ensure timely integration.
* Architect a robust risk management framework, leveraging background verification and regional risk registers to prevent fraudulent hiring practices.
* Lead workforce planning initiatives, monitoring headcount costs and optimizing budget allocation to achieve cost efficiency.
* Develop and manage a pipeline of backup talent, enabling swift replacement and minimizing the impact of attrition on business operations.
* Champion a culture of excellence, assessing culture fit through structured screening and escalating hiring risks to ensure alignment with organizational values.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, identifying and addressing potential conflicts or unhealthy team dynamics through proactive monitoring and intervention.
* Analyze employee sentiment through regular pulse surveys, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive improvements in field team engagement and satisfaction.
* Resolve employee grievances in a fair and timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
* Harness the power of HR data, generating weekly and monthly reports on key metrics such as headcount, attrition, and performance trends to inform data-driven decision-making.
* Conduct regular field audits to ensure adherence to HR policies, documentation, and code of conduct, upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
