Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead paid campaign execution across multiple digital platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok, to drive business growth and maximize ROI.
* Architect and optimize campaign strategies, leveraging expertise in budget management, bidding, audience targeting, creative development, and funnel optimization to achieve exceptional results.
* Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing and experimentation, analyzing performance data to inform creative, audience, and campaign structure decisions.
* Oversee the daily management of multiple social media pages and ad accounts, ensuring seamless operations, alignment with content and design teams, and adherence to platform policies.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ad disapprovals, account restrictions, tracking errors, and performance drops, maintaining compliance with platform policies and best practices.
* Develop and implement robust tracking and analytics systems, including Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics, to ensure accurate event tracking, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling.
* Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations through detailed performance reports, informing future campaign strategies and optimization opportunities.
