Executive – Accounts

* Spearhead the operation of accounting software such as SAP and Tally to drive financial efficiency. * Manage and maintain accurate day-to-day financial records, including vouchers, cashbooks, and bankbooks, to ensure expenses are valid and reasonable. * Oversee daily accounting and ledger management, ensuring seamless tracking of all financial transactions, including bank and cash activities. * Develop and submit comprehensive financial reports, statements, and audit papers to facilitate timely audits and compliance. * Drive the preparation and submission of regular financial reports, logistic reports, and government VAT and tax returns to relevant authorities. * Ensure adherence to VAT, tax, and financial compliance regulations, coordinating quarterly and annual audits to meet local laws and group requirements. * Architect and implement process improvements, initiating corrective actions under the guidance of supervisors and management to optimize accounting systems and procedures. * Leverage accounting software for data entry, reporting, and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth. * Collaborate with management to identify and complete additional tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring the smooth operation of accounting functions.
