Business Analyst

* Spearhead the analysis of end-to-end sales processes to identify optimization opportunities and drive business growth. * Develop a deep understanding of sales dynamics across multiple channels, including retail, wholesale, POS, modern trade, and e-commerce. * Gather and document business requirements through collaborative stakeholder engagement, creating clear and concise documents such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows. * Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, management, and finance, to uncover pain points and areas for improvement. * Establish and monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs), including targets, coverage, and promotion results, to inform data-driven decisions. * Architect tailored Salesforce solutions for distributor management and sales processes, aligning technology with business objectives. * Oversee Salesforce administration, including user management, role configuration, report creation, and dashboard development. * Drive the testing and implementation of Salesforce solutions, providing user training, supporting UAT, and delivering exceptional client service through timely updates and change management.
