• Spearhead raw material planning, aligning with merchandising requirements, approved samples, and technical specifications to drive efficient production. • Architect a robust supplier network, sourcing and evaluating top-tier providers of trims and accessories to ensure exceptional quality, competitive costs, and timely delivery. • Drive product development, overseeing sample submission and approval processes to guarantee seamless collaboration with buyers and management. • Negotiate strategic agreements with suppliers, securing optimal prices, lead times, payment terms, and delivery modes to maximize cost savings. • Develop and finalize comprehensive comparative statements, obtaining management approval and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints. • Ensure accuracy and precision in order documents, reviewing and controlling BOM, TNA, Spec Sheets, and Consumption reports to guarantee bulk material booking accuracy. • Proactively monitor raw material stock levels, leveraging ERP systems and warehouse coordination to prevent shortages or excess inventory. • Manage and control purchase orders, issuing and tracking POs against approved PIs, and obtaining necessary system and management approvals. • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Accounts, Commercial, and C&F teams to facilitate timely payments, shipments, customs clearance, and in-house delivery. • Analyze inventory status, resolving quality and shortage issues proactively, and providing critical support to production planning to ensure uninterrupted operations.
