* Drive project success by monitoring activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures to ensure timely completion and quality delivery. * Spearhead project planning, organization, supervision, scheduling, and coordination to ensure seamless execution and decision-making. * Champion quality control, site safety, and risk management to minimize potential issues and ensure compliance with industry standards. * Foster strong relationships with top management, providing timely feedback and maintaining open lines of communication to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. * Leverage technical expertise to guide the preparation and presentation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), optimizing cost structures and ensuring accurate accounting of direct and indirect costs. * Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure successful outcomes. * Conduct thorough reviews of project plans, specifications, and building designs, providing constructive feedback on potential cost-saving measures, construction challenges, and schedule optimizations. * Collaborate with estimators to develop comprehensive project budgets, controlling and monitoring labor, material, and equipment expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. * Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including designers, clients, and departmental stakeholders, to ensure clear understanding and successful project delivery. * Lead site meetings, identifying and addressing key issues, and preparing and issuing meeting minutes to ensure transparency and accountability. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, tracking independent testing and inspections, and reporting any errors, discrepancies, or omissions in design drawings. * Manage project schedules, coordinating with teams to ensure timely completion and quality of construction works, and issuing monthly progress reports and invoices. * Utilize expertise in AutoCAD 2D & 3D and Measurement Books (MB) to drive project efficiency and accuracy. * Develop and implement schedule control measures, reporting project work progress and coordinating with teams to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
