* Spearhead the design of garments, trims, packaging, and accessories, aligning with buyer specifications and industry trends. * Craft compelling artwork, layouts, and mock-ups using cutting-edge design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. * Refine and finalize buyer-supplied artworks to meet production and printing demands, ensuring seamless execution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, production, and sampling, to secure design approvals and drive project momentum. * Ensure design accuracy, verifying size, color, barcode, font, logo, and technical specifications to prevent errors and delays. * Drive design file management, maintaining meticulous records and archives of artworks, revisions, and design files. * Fuel product development and sampling with innovative design solutions, pushing creative boundaries and enhancing product appeal. * Deliver print-ready files optimized for various printing processes, including offset, digital, screen, flexo, and thermal printing. * Uphold company branding standards and design quality benchmarks, ensuring consistency and excellence across all design outputs. * Provide design support to senior team members and management, tackling day-to-day tasks and urgent design projects with agility and expertise. * Leverage knowledge of thermal printing and Zebra printing machines to inform design decisions and optimize print outputs. * Prioritize timely task delivery, meeting deadlines and ensuring efficient workflow management. * Stay ahead of the curve, monitoring modern design trends, printing techniques, and packaging concepts to continuously elevate design capabilities. * Adapt to evolving design needs, tackling additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to drive business growth and success.
