* Spearhead the management and administration of the Village Level Training Center (VLTC), ensuring seamless operations and a conducive learning environment that meets safety and safeguarding standards. * Drive the implementation of training programs, overseeing daily attendance and schedules to guarantee uninterrupted learning experiences for trainees and trainers. * Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring all facilities are functional, well-maintained, and aligned with the Department of Youth Development (DYD) and World Bank guidelines. * Collaborate with the Upazila Manager to procure necessary training supplies, equipment, and resources, facilitating efficient program delivery. * Develop and maintain robust relationships with local stakeholders, including community leaders, trainers, and trainees, to promote the project's objectives and foster a supportive ecosystem. * Lead the monitoring and evaluation of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize program impact. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct, upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability. * Manage and mitigate risks, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during program implementation, and escalating to senior management as needed. * Contribute to the development of reports, providing insights and recommendations to inform project decisions and drive continuous improvement. * Embed a culture of safeguarding, promoting the well-being and protection of all program participants, and adhering to PRANTIC's zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, abuse, and exploitation.
