Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead land identification and assessment initiatives to drive business growth through strategic development projects. * Foster collaborative relationships with landowners, brokers, local representatives, and government offices to gather critical land-related insights and updates. * Architect and execute land negotiation, verification, documentation, and registration processes to ensure seamless acquisition experiences. * Drive due diligence activities by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Survey, and Engineering departments. * Manage and maintain comprehensive land records, files, maps, and acquisition-related documents to ensure data accuracy and compliance. * Develop and present informative reports and status updates to management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Orchestrate site visits, field surveys, and stakeholder meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. * Ensure strict adherence to company policies and legal requirements, upholding the highest standards of integrity and transparency. * Lead special projects and tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the ongoing success of land procurement initiatives.

Experience

6 to 7 years

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Additional Requirements

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of land records, deeds and registration procedures in Bangladesh
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and land surveys
  • Only Male
