* Spearhead strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, including the Upazilla Youth Development Officer and Upazilla Nirbahi Officer, to drive project success. * Foster a unified project team approach through internal coordination, ensuring seamless delivery and collaboration. * Serve as the primary liaison for the Upazila Project Implementation Committee, securing administrative support and local government buy-in. * Represent the program at the local level, cultivating professional relationships with NGOs, community leaders, and donor teams. * Drive operational excellence by implementing a robust monitoring system to achieve program targets for NEET youth mobilization, enrollment, and training completion. * Champion sound financial management and "Value for Money" principles, ensuring transparency and accountability in all project activities. * Oversee data integrity, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform project decisions. * Lead the development and implementation of project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project execution. * Manage and mitigate risks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure project stability and growth. * Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and compliance, upholding the organization's values and code of conduct. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address program gaps, ensuring effective resource allocation and utilization. * Analyze project performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform strategic decision-making and drive project impact.
