* Spearhead strategic partnerships with government stakeholders, including the Upazilla Youth Development Officer and Upazilla Nirbahi Officer, to drive project success. * Foster a unified project approach by coordinating with the internal project team and ensuring seamless collaboration. * Serve as the primary liaison for the Upazila Project Implementation Committee, providing administrative support and securing local government buy-in. * Represent the program at the local level, cultivating professional relationships with NGOs, community leaders, and visiting donor teams. * Drive operational excellence by implementing a robust monitoring system to achieve program targets for NEET youth mobilization, enrollment, and training completion. * Oversee financial management, upholding "Value for Money" principles and ensuring transparency and accountability in all project activities. * Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate and reliable records, and leveraging data insights to inform project decisions. * Lead the development and implementation of strategies to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact. * Manage and mitigate risks, identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact project delivery. * Embed a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and learning within the project team. * Uphold the organization's values and principles, promoting a safe and inclusive work environment that protects all stakeholders from harm, abuse, and exploitation.
