Key Responsibilities

* Drive project planning and execution, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and timely achievement of objectives. * Architect a comprehensive project plan, outlining objectives, scope, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables, and conduct feasibility assessments to inform project goals and roadmap. * Lead the development of annual work plans, complete with realistic long-term goals and short-term objectives, and oversee weekly and monthly work plans to ensure alignment with the implementation plan. * Manage project quality, establishing assurance processes, monitoring progress, conducting reviews, and taking corrective actions to maintain quality standards and meet stakeholder requirements. * Oversee budget management, tracking expenditure, analyzing budget-versus-actual reports, and ensuring timely and efficient use of resources. * Foster community engagement, ensuring active participation of children with disabilities, caregivers, and municipalities in all project stages, with a focus on gender equality and disability inclusion. * Facilitate effective monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) processes, supporting teams in assessments, baseline studies, and evaluations, and maintaining a functional Activity Tracking Table. * Coordinate with the MEAL team to collect and manage complaints and feedback, and ensure regular monitoring of project results, documentation of case studies, and organization of learning and reflection meetings. * Develop and submit timely internal reports on project status, and contribute to donor reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Ensure that project interventions adhere to quality benchmarks, and drive a culture of continuous learning, reflection, and improvement.

Education

  • Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Science or a related field

  • Having Motorcycle with valid license and Computer/Laptop & Smart Phone is must
