* Spearhead the testing and commissioning of high-voltage substations, driving compliance with industry standards and project specifications. * Architect and execute comprehensive relay testing, configuration, and troubleshooting protocols to ensure seamless protection system operation. * Lead the configuration, testing, and commissioning of SCADA/SAS systems, guaranteeing optimal performance and functionality. * Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including testing reports and commissioning checklists, to ensure transparency and accountability. * Foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, OEM representatives, and project teams to facilitate open communication and issue resolution. * Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring adherence to stringent safety standards and project requirements to minimize risk and maximize efficiency.
