Community Organizer

* Spearhead the implementation of project activities for CSOs and youth groups, driving community engagement and empowerment. * Foster community activism through CSOs, youth, and child groups, enhancing their capacities to advocate for child rights and freedoms. * Design and deliver training programs to equip CSOs, youth, and child groups with the skills and knowledge necessary to promote child rights and online safety. * Develop and lead workshops, meetings, and events with social opinion leaders, local elected bodies, and other stakeholders to raise awareness about human rights and online protection. * Architect work plans for community organizers and program supervisors, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize events, training programs, and awareness campaigns, promoting human rights and online safety. * Establish study circles to deepen understanding of child rights, human rights, and gender legal issues, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and empowerment. * Drive reporting and documentation efforts, preparing field reports, event-based reports, and other periodic reports to inform project progress and impact. * Manage file records and documents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of project activities and outcomes. * Participate in training, workshops, and seminars, staying abreast of best practices and emerging trends in human rights and online protection. * Provide support and assistance to the Project Coordinator, ensuring seamless project execution and achieving project goals.
