Key Responsibilities
* Drive administrative support for project teams, HR, finance, and procurement units, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
* Architect and maintain accurate, up-to-date records and databases, including legal cases, contracts, staff and volunteer profiles, and project documents.
* Lead the coordination of events, workshops, training sessions, and initiatives, handling logistics, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure successful execution.
* Manage and track expenses, process bills, and perform administrative duties to facilitate program implementation and inventory monitoring.
* Foster a culture of safeguarding, promoting policies and procedures to prevent harm, abuse, neglect, and exploitation, and provide guidance and support to team members.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal units, such as government liaison and fleet management, to secure approvals and operational support.
* Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive legal and organizational information, maintaining secure records and databases.
* Provide operational support to case management teams, including court office operations, billing, and calendar management.
* Facilitate official meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across departments.
* Drive the implementation of safeguarding standards, encouraging reporting of incidents and promoting a safe working environment.
* Champion the organization's safeguarding policies, providing expertise and guidance to establish a culture of safety and respect.
* Collaborate with the legal team to maintain accurate and timely records, and support the organization of legal workshops, training sessions, and events.

- Bachelor/Honors Bachelor's in any discipline
Additional Requirements
- Working experience on relevant job and any donor funded project
- Job related good conceptual understanding especially, PR, recordkeeping
- Sound knowledge on procurement management
- Computer proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to interact professionally with field-based staff, vendor and project beneficiaries
