Sr. Executive – Commercial (Export & Import)

* Spearhead export and import operations, driving timely shipment and compliance through meticulous documentation and execution. * Architect and manage Letter of Credit (LC) operations, including opening, amendment, negotiation, and settlement, to ensure seamless transactions. * Drive efficient processing of Back-to-Back LC, Packing Credit, and Bill Discounting to optimize financial performance. * Collaborate with banks to resolve document discrepancies and negotiate terms, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity. * Ensure prompt realization of export proceeds and adherence to repatriation deadlines, maintaining regulatory compliance. * Oversee bonded warehouse operations, optimizing utilization and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. * Foster cross-functional partnerships with production, merchandising, and logistics teams to plan and execute shipments. * Coordinate with freight forwarders, C&F agents, and shipping lines to streamline logistics and transportation. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, factories, shipping lines, insurance companies, and regulatory authorities. * Manage shipment schedules, booking confirmations, and cash incentives to ensure timely and cost-effective operations. * Draft and dispatch professional communications to buyers, banks, and logistics partners, ensuring clarity and precision. * Proactively follow up on payments, discrepancies, and shipment issues to resolve problems and ensure smooth operations. * Lead special projects and assignments as directed by management, driving business growth and excellence.
