Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead kitchen operations, driving seamless daily activities and exceptional food quality * Champion customer satisfaction, ensuring stringent hygiene standards and unparalleled dining experiences * Lead and develop high-performing kitchen teams, managing inventory, food costing, and optimizing resources * Architect efficient food preparation and delivery processes, meeting internal and external program demands * Foster a culture of safety, health, and cleanliness, adhering to rigorous standards and regulations * Drive commercial growth, supporting innovative branding and food service initiatives that propel business expansion * Analyze and refine operational performance, generating insightful reports and implementing data-driven improvements to elevate service efficiency

Requirements

Experience

At least 7 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management / Nutrition & Food Engineering or related discipline

Additional Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Good communication and operational planning ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
