Key Responsibilities

* Drive strategic planning and decision-making by analyzing financial data, market trends, and sales forecasts to inform annual budget plans and identify opportunities for growth. * Architect and implement business plans that improve profit margins, exploring new opportunities and estimating costs and benefits to drive business success. * Lead financial analysis and monitoring, breaking down complex data into actionable insights to inform budget planning and optimize financial performance. * Develop and execute innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition, protecting and strengthening the company's competitive advantage. * Foster a strong accounting and operational control environment, implementing systems and controls to manage business risks and safeguard assets. * Champion sound financial decision-making, ensuring a culture of integrity, honesty, and transparency throughout the organization. * Inspire and motivate accounting teams, providing clear direction, accountability, and authority to drive successful performance and achieve strategic goals. * Spearhead the development and maintenance of finance and accounting goals, supporting property strategy and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. * Achieve and exceed performance goals, including budget targets, team objectives, and individual performance metrics. * Oversee project management and policy development, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures, tax regulations, and external audits. * Deliver accurate and timely results, generating reports and presentations that inform business decisions and drive growth. * Anticipate and meet the needs of key stakeholders, including owners, corporate partners, and guests, leveraging strong leadership and communication skills to influence executive teams and drive business success. * Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, understanding their perspective and ROI expectations to inform business decisions and drive growth. * Drive compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and local laws and regulations.
