* Drive individualized therapy sessions, leveraging IEP and behavior intervention plans to deliver personalized support. * Architect evidence-based therapy strategies, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction to drive meaningful outcomes. * Lead data-driven decision making by collecting and analyzing accurate, detailed data to inform program adjustments and optimize client progress. * Manage session preparedness, ensuring all materials and data collection tools are organized, accessible, and aligned with client goals. * Foster a safe, engaging, and compliant therapy environment, adhering to ethical guidelines, supervision requirements, and organizational protocols. * Champion effective communication, collaborating with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and issue resolution. * Optimize operational efficiency, achieving high session completion rates, meeting scheduling requirements, and submitting clinical reports and administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner. * Develop and maintain key documentation, including daily plan sheets, monthly program master lists, skill acquisition lists, and progress reports. * Pursue ongoing professional development, actively participating in training opportunities, staying updated on ABA techniques and best practices, and demonstrating growth in clinical competencies. * Ensure timely and accurate reporting, submitting progress reports every 6 months and maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.
