Senior Officer/Assistant Manager – (Contract Broiler Farming)

* Drive business expansion by identifying and recruiting new contract broiler farmers in the Rangpur Zone through regular market outreach and visits. * Foster strong relationships with existing farmers to boost revenue growth and ensure timely product delivery. * Develop and maintain a robust database of client information to inform strategic decision-making and optimize farmer engagement. * Lead door-to-door sales efforts to increase revenue from farming operations and consistently meet or exceed performance targets. * Build and maintain a strong market presence, leveraging confidence and market expertise to achieve business objectives. * Manage a portfolio of farmers, ensuring seamless product delivery and providing technical support to drive farmer success and retention. * Conduct regular farmer visits and monitoring to identify areas for improvement and deliver targeted support and guidance.
