Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead strategic workforce planning, aligning talent acquisition and development with business objectives to drive long-term growth. * Architect leadership succession programs, identifying and nurturing high-potential talent to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders. * Implement cutting-edge HR technologies, including HRIS and employee self-service portals, to streamline processes and enhance employee experience. * Champion employer branding initiatives, talent acquisition campaigns, and campus outreach programs to attract top talent and promote the organization's brand. * Foster a culture of engagement, designing and delivering programs that boost employee motivation, including surveys, town halls, and recognition schemes. * Develop and manage compensation and reward structures, ensuring market competitiveness and performance-based incentives that drive business results. * Ensure seamless compliance with labor laws, prioritize workplace safety, and maintain accurate regulatory reporting to mitigate risks. * Provide coaching and guidance to executives on leadership development, performance culture, and change leadership to enhance organizational capabilities. * Harness the power of HR analytics to analyze attrition, inform headcount planning, and develop predictive workforce models that drive strategic decision-making. * Serve as a trusted advisor to executive committees, providing expert counsel on organizational design, restructuring, and transformation initiatives that drive business success.

Requirements

Experience

At least 15 years

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Master’s degree in HRM, Business, Economics or related field

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years in HR within banking/financial services
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience in strategic HR leadership, large team management, and change initiatives
