Key Responsibilities

* Lead mHealth operations during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality service delivery. * Drive doctor consultation, paramedic, and health services by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including concierge services, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Architect effective communication channels with duty doctors, providing real-time guidance on system handling, consultation processes, and technical troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly. * Manage doctor rosters, track attendance, and monitor hourly breaks to ensure efficient scheduling and minimize disruptions. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Claims, and IT, to resolve operational dependencies and drive issue resolution for optimal performance. * Resolve customer complaints related to consultations, escalating unresolved issues to line management to ensure prompt resolution and maximum customer satisfaction. * Develop and submit regular reports, including hourly, daily, and weekly summaries, to track key performance metrics, such as doctor logs, dialer summaries, call status, and attendance. * Document customer complaints in a centralized tracker for further analysis and process improvement. * Ensure flexibility and availability to work varied shifts, including morning, evening, and night roster duties, to support 24/7 operations.
