Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth through strategic networking with dealers, identifying opportunities for new dealer acquisitions, and fostering strong relationships. * Lead sales efforts to achieve targeted value and volume goals, ensuring optimal product distribution and visibility across all channels. * Manage primary sales orders, verify secondary sales data, and analyze sales performance to inform data-driven decisions. * Develop and deliver periodic sales reports, assessing program effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement. * Oversee distributor inventory levels, ensure timely payments, and facilitate claim adjustments to maintain a healthy distribution network. * Ensure seamless product coverage and availability, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, both internally and externally. * Architect and execute special projects as assigned by management, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.

Requirements

Experience

2 to 5 years

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • Good communication & presentation skill
  • Well conversant in MS Office
  • Problem solving and analytical ability
  • Ready to work under pressure
  • FMCG Background is preferable
