DGM (Accounts & Finance)

* Spearhead the company's overall accounts and finance function, driving seamless business operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Architect and implement comprehensive financial and accounting strategies, encompassing tax, VAT, and joint-stock documentation, as well as report preparation and statement submission. * Oversee daily, monthly, and yearly accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, cash and bank book maintenance, and payroll processing. * Lead the preparation of independent financial statements, leveraging expertise in accounting software such as Tally or SIS Plus. * Drive the development of timely and accurate monthly and annual statements, assembling data for management review and analysis. * Conduct thorough audits and reconciliations of cash transactions, company accounts, bank statements, receivables, and payables, ensuring internal controls and compliance. * Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting principles. * Develop and submit comprehensive financial reports, forecasts, and budgets, supporting informed decision-making and strategic planning. * Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including accounting department officials, auditors, and business partners. * Supervise and monitor accounting department activities, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations. * Collaborate with management to prepare necessary documentation for annual financial audits and drive process improvements.
