Key Responsibilities

* Drive the development and execution of marketing strategies for assigned products, fueling business growth and brand expansion. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance to inform data-driven marketing decisions and optimize brand positioning. * Architect and implement targeted promotional campaigns for Antibiotic and Cream/Ointment products, enhancing brand visibility and sales performance. * Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to ensure seamless product communication, effective market penetration, and aligned business objectives. * Design and develop compelling promotional materials, including visual aids, literature, and presentations, to engage target audiences and drive sales. * Lead the organization and execution of scientific seminars, doctor meetings, CME programs, and field force training sessions, fostering a culture of scientific excellence and product expertise. * Monitor and interpret market trends, prescription behavior, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness. * Spearhead product launch activities, developing and executing follow-up promotional plans to ensure successful market entry and sustained sales growth. * Develop and deliver monthly performance reports, providing data-driven insights on product performance, sales trends, and marketing activities to inform business decisions. * Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Production, to ensure aligned business objectives and effective communication. * Conduct regular field market visits to gather valuable insights, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. * Ensure all promotional activities adhere to company policies, pharmaceutical industry regulations, and ethical standards, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity.

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
