Planning & Logistics Officer

* Drive supply planning and logistics execution to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods, meeting business and customer requirements. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate material orders, monitor progress, and track delivery timelines. * Architect inventory planning strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimize risk, and ensure smooth supply chain operations. * Lead production and shipment tracking, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and identifying potential delays or risks. * Manage logistics and shipment coordination to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery, working closely with internal teams and external partners. * Develop and maintain accurate planning and logistics data in internal systems and reports, ensuring data-driven decision making. * Foster strong relationships with suppliers through proactive follow-ups, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Analyze data to inform planning decisions, leveraging proficiency in MS Excel, BI, and reporting tools to drive business outcomes. * Navigate complex ERP systems, such as Infor M3, to optimize planning and logistics operations. * Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills to drive results.
