* Spearhead finishing floor operations, driving technical excellence and team collaboration to achieve seamless production and exceptional quality. * Architect production workflows, overseeing the performance of Corino slitting, Bruckner & Santex stenter, and Lafer compacting machines to maximize efficiency. * Drive task assignment, performance monitoring, and real-time issue resolution to ensure uninterrupted production. * Champion fabric quality, enforcing rigorous standards for durability, repairability, and traceability. * Ensure precision machinery calibration and maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. * Lead, motivate, and empower operators and supervisors to achieve a cohesive and high-performing team. * Manage chemical usage, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance. * Collaborate with quality control teams to identify and rectify defects, ensuring exceptional product quality. * Optimize production scheduling, balancing workloads across stenter, compacting, and slitting machines to achieve peak productivity. * Track and analyze fabric quantities processed per shift, informing data-driven decisions to enhance production efficiency. * Close each shift with comprehensive performance reporting and a seamless handover to the next shift leader.
