Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead capacity needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for community-based women leaders, Gender Volunteers, project staff, and focal points, leveraging participatory methods to engage target groups.
* Architect and adapt training curricula, materials, and tools on topics such as gender equality, GBV prevention, leadership, and community mobilization, ensuring cultural sensitivity, age appropriateness, and accessibility.
* Design and deliver capacity-building programs, including workshops, seminars, and mentoring sessions, utilizing interactive and participatory methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and contexts.
* Drive the development of community leaders by providing ongoing mentorship, coaching, and support, fostering peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing to enhance professional growth and skill application.
* Develop and implement monitoring, evaluation, and reporting frameworks to assess the effectiveness of capacity-building initiatives, tracking participation, knowledge gain, and behavior change, and ensuring sex, age, and diversity-disaggregated data collection and analysis.
* Lead the documentation of success stories, lessons learned, and best practices in capacity development, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to inform project improvement and scale-up.
* Manage the integration of key principles, including PSEA, safeguarding, Do No Harm, disability inclusion, and a survivor-centered approach, into all capacity-building materials and activities, aligning with project and donor requirements.
* Facilitate the development of gender-responsive humanitarian assistance, including Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and emergency response, to enhance community resilience and preparedness.
* Collaborate with the program team to ensure seamless implementation of capacity development initiatives, providing regular progress updates and contributing to the achievement of project goals and objectives.

- Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies

Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in designing and delivering capacity-building programs
- Proven experience in training adult learners and facilitating group discussions
- Experience in developing training curricula and materials
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating training programs
- Experience working in the Rohingya refugee response
- Experience with training on PSEA and related safeguarding topics
