Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive product visibility and revenue growth
* Foster and nurture strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities to propel company expansion
* Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to inform data-driven marketing decisions
* Drive sales performance, consistently meeting or exceeding targets to fuel business growth and profitability
* Architect and deliver regular sales and marketing reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leadership
Requirements
Experience
1 to 3 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Business Administration
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Additional Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales (experience in machinery sector will be an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel when required
