Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and select participants for targeted development programs. * Architect annual training plans, schedules, and workshops to drive employee growth and capacity building. * Lead the organization of seminars, orientations, and training sessions, ensuring seamless logistics and coordination. * Drive program management efforts, supporting project planning, implementation, and execution to meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. * Manage field-level program activities, providing support and guidance to ensure successful outcomes. * Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, tracking participant feedback and program progress to inform data-driven decisions. * Develop and maintain comprehensive records of attendance, training results, and outcomes, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis. * Craft engaging training reports, monthly progress reports, and success stories, showcasing program impact and achievements. * Foster strong relationships with local government departments, partners, stakeholders, and field staff through effective communication and coordination. * Ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor guidelines, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency. * Oversee budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial reporting, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness. * Streamline financial transactions, preparing bill-vouchers and reports to facilitate efficient financial management.

Requirements

Experience

At least 5 years

Education

  • Master of Social Science (MSS)
  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
  • Diploma in Civil
